Saudi to build largest electricity supply in the Middle East


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia plans to build the largest electrical supply expansion in the Middle East in order to cover the country's demand on power, according to Saudi Gazette. The kingdom plans to expand generation capacity up to 120 gigawatts by 2032 from the current 55 gigawatts. Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC) has partnered with Informa Exhibitions to organize Saudi Energy 2014 " The International Trade Exhibition for Electricity, Power Generation, Alternative Energy, Water Technology, Lighting and HVAC, which will be held in Riyadh.
