(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Landmark Group has added yet another feather to its list of awards. The Group operation in Oman has won the Best Project Award' in the recently concluded Annual South Asian Talent Management Summit 2013, themed on organisational development and talent management presented by Middle Earth HR.
Anindyo Naskar, training and development manager, Landmark Group “ Oman, received the Best Project Award' for Assessment Centre Designing, in the HR summit for completing a real time implementable project of high quality and value and also for securing the highest grades among 300 other projects submitted by many other senior HR professionals in the year 2013. Being in the top three scorers, he was given the opportunity to present an overview of the developmental scheme in the summit which was attended by over 150 key decisionmakers and strategic leaders.
The project recognised the Retail Management Trainee (RMT) programme, an assessment centre which is currently being pursued for the succession planning of Landmark Group's store management team. The RMT programme was internally designed and developed by the Learning & Development (L& D) Team in Oman.
