(MENAFN) Emaar properties announced the launch of its latest serviced apartments project, targeting global investments, Arabian Business reported.
Emaar's Vida Hotels and Resorts will manage the Vida Residence, The Hills which features 136 serviced apartments.
The managing director of Emaar Properties said: "Vida Residence, The Hills is designed to serve as a new lifestyle destination for discerning youth and families."
Sales of the apartments will also be targeted at investors outside the UAE, as sales in Saudi Arabia and Singapore are expected to launch in mid-December.
