(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) BankDhofar has yet again proven its commitment to excellence and customers, with the revamping of its business and corporate banking services in addition to investing in its people.

Since launching its unique business and corporate banking centres last year across the sultanate, the bank has adapted several strategic initiatives to cement its stronghold in the market and cater to all business from conglomerates to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). BankDhofar has strategically segmented its business and corporate banking services to cater to the varying needs of clientele which can all be found under one roof at the numerous business and corporate banking centres around Oman.

These centres were established to boost BankDhofar's support of SMEs as well as its commercial and corporate customers. Starting with three centres, today there are seven centres across the sultanate serving SMEs in all governorates. These centres are located in Ghala, Muscat Grand Mall, Nizwa, Buraimi, Salalah, Sur and Sohar. Kamal Hassan al Murazza, DGM, wholesale banking, said, ''Our business and corporate banking offerings focus on segmentation of the market in order to provide a full range of services under a single umbrella.

It is essential that we are able to provide world-class services to everyone from large conglomerates to small business owners starting anew. As a part of our revamping and restructuring we have recruited top-notch professionals who will undoubtedly lead and support our customers with all their needs.'' BankDhofar takes its business banking services beyond the precincts of any concrete financial jurisdiction.

In other words, the bank is always extending its customer care beyond the provision of stellar services and financial solutions by adopting a highly personalised approach. Services have been tailor-made for all customers from large conglomerates to small and medium businesses who are yet to start their commercial and financial journey in the business environment. Recently, several professionals had been recruited to head the teams of mid corporate and business banking, large corporate and syndications and payment and cash management among others.

All these professionals are backed with a minimum of a decade of experience in their chosen fields. Our focus is to provide our customers with services that will not only help them in developing their businesses, but it will help in being active contributors to Oman's economy.'' BankDhofar has been consistently honoured by the local and international business community with awards and accolades during 2013. The latest award presented to BankDhofar was by the Commerzbank Germany recognising its superior straightthrough- processing (STP) of euro payments and financial transactions.<
