(MENAFNEditorial) Microsoft Kuwait recently participated in the 3rd Annual Zain Technology Conference 2013 which took place from December 1st to December 3rd at the Atlantis, Palm Hotel in Dubai. Microsoft management and more than 60 world-leading technology solution providers gathered under one roof to share their latest services in the telecommunications industry. Microsoft participated actively with a booth presence and also conducted a series of seminars on CRM.
Topics discussed at the conference included new approaches for the Zain customer experience, and issues of mutual interest for the Zain Group and its suppliers and service providers. Best practice case studies from around the world were also presented and reviewed.
