Ukraine's foreign reserves at USD18.7 b, its lowest in 8 years


(MENAFN) Reserves of foreign exchange in Ukraine fell to USD18.791 billion in November for the seventh consecutive month, its lowest since 2005, according to Iran Daily. Ukraine's National Bank said in a statement that reserves dropped 8.9 percent in November. The bank added that the country repaid USD1.533 billion of its debt from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and other foreign lenders from the reserves.
