(MENAFN- Arab Times) In a strange incident, a Kuwaiti man in his 40s molested a female compatriot in public, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said the victim went to a fish store at Adan Cooperative Society and bent over to pick up some polyethylene bags when suddenly the suspect held her from behind and satisfied his need, despite her screams. Passersby intervened and recorded the number plate of the suspect's car before he drove off, so investigators managed to identify him.
The source added the suspect was trailed in many areas until the police arrested him. He admitted the crime saying he could not resist it. The woman later recognized him in a legal lineup. Meanwhile, checking the man's details, detectives uncovered he suffers from psychological problems and has a file in the psychology medicine hospital. He was referred to public prosecution
