(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The UAE gives importance to its economic and trade relations with the nations of Central Asia including Kyrgyzstan, said Shaikha Lubna Al Qasimi, UAE Minister of International Cooperation and Development, who received Timer Saraiva, Kyrgyzstan Minister of Economy and his delegation that also included members of the government and parliament.
She discussed ways of strengthening cooperation between the UAE and Kyrgyzstan, and improving the efficiency of partnership channels in all development, economic and cultural fields, in addition to exchanging delegations, tourism and trade between the two countries. In addition, Shaikha Lubna asserted that the UAE is looking forward to enhance its relations and openness to the world through a vision that aims to achieve the mutual interests, and enhancing the collaboration with all countries.

The UAE has achieved great strides in its international relationships throughout the past four decades under its wise leadership, which contributed in strengthening the UAE's national development strategies, and maximises its positive impact on the regional and internationally.
Shaikha Lubna pointed out the UAE's interest to expand its relations with Central Asia, especially Kyrgyzstan.
She asserted the importance of the increase in the number of visits of investors and businessmen from Kyrgyzstan in order to explore the promising investment and growth opportunities in the UAE.
The minister invited businessmen and investors from Kyrgyzstan to benefit from the pro-business climate and the strategic location of the UAE, as a gate between the East and the West, in addition to participating in the various exhibitions and conferences organised in the UAE.
Saraiva also greeted the UAE on winning the right to host World Expo 2020, affirming that his country is looking forward to enhance its relations with the UAE in various fields
