(MENAFN) Dubai-based Nakheel announced that it awarded USD47.3 million worth of contracts for two new beachfront construction projects, Arabian Business reported.
The developer said that it hired United National Engineering Company (UNEC) for the Azure Residences project which consists of 170 apartments and a swimming pool for USD37.2 million.
It also said that Al Ghurair Contracting and Engineering Works was hired to build the Club Vista Mare for USD10.6 million.
The Azure Residences is expected to be finished in two years, while the Club Vista Mare is expected to complete in 18 months.
