(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested an unidentified young Kuwaiti man for flirting and harassing the wife of a compatriot, reports Al-Shahed daily. According to security sources the arrest came following a fighting between two Kuwaitis at the Mishref Fairgrounds - one of the eve-teaser who is now in police custody.
