(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) HE Qatar's Minister of Energy and industry Dr. Mohamed Bin Saleh Al Sada, arrived here on Tuesday to attend the 164th regular ministerial meeting of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries(OPEC) due to kick off at the Vienna -based headquarters tomorrow, Wednesday.
HE al sada was welcomed upon arrival by each of HE qatar's ambassador to Austrial ali khalfan al mansouri and the OPEC's Secretary eneral Abdullah Al Badri.
