China home prices increase 0.68 percent in Nov.


(MENAFN) China's home prices climbed in November registering the 18th monthly gain in a row, Xinhua reported. The average prices of new homes in 100 cities in the country went up 0.68 percent from October to hit USD1,764 per square meter. In October, new home prices grew by 1.24 percent, while prices increased 1.07 percent in September. The China Index Academy said: "While the upward trend remained unchanged for the 18th straight month, November's pace was also the lowest registered this year."
