South Korea's consumer inflation under 1 percent in Nov.


(MENAFN) The consumer price inflation in South Korea remained below one percent for the third consecutive month as a result of a decrease in prices of farm goods and oil products, Xinhua reported. Consumer prices in the country increased 0.9 percent last month versus the same month last year following a 0.7 percent increase in October 2013. The prices of agricultural, fishery and livestock products in November fell 2.6 percent versus the month before it. Prices of fruit dropped 5.4 percent and prices of vegetables dropped 5.4 percent, while livestock prices fell 2.1 percent.
