Property brokers in Dubai collect USD381m in commission


(MENAFN) The Dubai Land Department said that real estate brokers in the emirate collected commissions worth a total USD381 million in the first 10 months of this year, Arabian Business reported. Total transactions in the period came at USD20.1 billion, while sales hit USD16.1 billion. The director of Real Estate Licensing Department in RERA said: "The increase in activity and the resulting rise in commissions from brokers can be taken as a sign of active movement taking place in the real estate market."
