Iran to invest USD70 b in oil, gas industry


(MENAFN) Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said that Iran intends to invest USD70 billion in its oil and gas industry, according to Tehran Times. The investment plan will be run over the following 8 years, according to the roadmap made by the Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh. Completing semi-finished projects in joint oil and gas fields will be the first step of the project, especially the development of the South Pars gas field.
