(MENAFN) Qatar issued a USD150 million grant to the Palestinian Authority (PA) to aid it to revive its economy, Arabian Business reported.
The authority has been struggling to pay 170,000 civil servants and finance main services in West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Prime Minister said: "We asked for $150 million, and the emir was very accepting of this. We hope it will be granted at the soonest time possible."
