Dubai's Akoya project set to expand 33 percent
(MENAFN) Damac Properties announced the launch sales of villas at Akoya Park, adding 14 million square feet to the original 28 million square feet, Arabian Business reported.
The new phase incorporates a 4.3 million square feet of open parkland, the first development of this kind in the region.
The villas, with prices starting USD571,709, are located within the grounds of a green open space reserved for the community residents.
