(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Dedicated to supporting a worthy cause always, Mazda Oman participated in the recently-held Oman Traffic Safety Expo, striving to show visitors the importance of staying focused on the road ahead and driving safely and responsibly.
The Mazda arena at this year's Expo had a special videobooth that encouraged all visitors to come forward and give their suggestions to driving safely. Apart from the videobooth the visitors were also asked to make a commitment towards driving responsibly at Mazda's pledge board. A spokesperson from Towell Auto Centre said ''The first step in combating road accidents is sensitizing people towards traffic safety and guiding them in developing responsible road usage.
Initiatives that encourage open discussion such as the expo are the way forward to instill the importance of road safety in the minds of motorists. Since Mazda is a strong advocate of responsible driving, and always looks at new ways to increase the safety features offered in vehicles our participation in the Oman Traffic Safety Expo was natural.'' He said, ''We at Mazda understand and supports the need to provide drivers with additional road safety information. All pictures of the event were uploaded on the Mazda Oman Facebook page and this encouraged fans on the page to visit the Expo and helped spread further awareness.
