(MENAFN) Istithmar is seeking a buyer for its Atlantis The Palm resort on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
This bid comes as Istithmar is looking to raise funds ahead of a scheduled USD5.5 billion debt repayment in late 2015.
The investment firm, owned by Dubai World, took control of the property in 2012 after payuing USD250 million for a 50 percent stake
