(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Minister of Economy and Trade HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani paid today a visit to the first Qatar International Boat Show, currently being held at the Lusail Marina .
HE the Minister toured the various sites pf the Show here he was briefed about water sports, navigation equipment, fishing products and maintenance of boats, yachts
HE the Minister commended the efforts being maded to organize the Show to attract international exhibitors and global brand in the field of maritime industry and water sports
He added that Ministry of Economy and Trade will spare no effort in providing all the support and encouragement for this pioneering initiative for its active role in the development of the State of Qatar on the map of the global marine exhibitions , noting the promising future Qatar will witness in the field of maritime industry.
