(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified Kuwaiti youth who had been sentenced in absentia and who was wanted by law in drugs and thefts cases was taken into custody at a police checkpoint in Salmiya area, reports Annahar daily. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
