France to borrow USD6.01 b


(MENAFN) France plans to borrow USD6.01 billion next month to repay its debts after the collapse of a French financial institution, according to Daily Star. The country has to repay the debt by the end of 2014, but has announced its intention to repay it this year. A French Finance Ministry official said: "Since borrowing conditions are at historically low levels, they"ve decided to go ahead now."
