(MENAFN) Turkish Airlines opened a new office in Doha, in a bid to meet increasing customer demand and passenger traffic, The Peninsula reported.
Passenger traffic increased 55 percent from the city in the January-September period of this year, versus the corresponding period last year.
The airline's growth remained stable in Qatar and the Middle East which is in line with the increasing number of tourists visiting Turkey from Qatar, which increased 32.1 percent in the first nine months.
The national carrier of Turkey has the largest country network for an airline as it flies to 239 destinations in 104 countries.
