(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Chinese President Xi Jinping met here on Wednesday the visiting Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and issues of common concerns ,Yemen News Agency (Saba) reported
Both sides reached a broad consensus on various issues , according to Beijing Radio
Hadi welcomed Chinese investment, accentuating that Chinese companies will receive all care and facilities
"Yemen is still a virgin land and there is commercial quantities of oil, gas, iron, cement and minerals in addition to fisheries, tourism and other areas" waiting for being utilized, he said
Hadi highly appreciated the Chinese aid to Yemen and its position in support of the Yemeni people during the crisis as well as the unity and stability of the country
He confirmed Yemen's support to the Chinese unity and rejection of any form of separation
For his part, the Chinese President reiterated full support to Yemen for reconstruction and providing various economic and technical assistances.
