Dubai hotel occupancy remains flat


(MENAFN) Preliminary data published by STR Global showed that Dubai's hotel occupancy rate remained flat last month, Arabian Business reported. Occupancy in the emirate's hotels fell slightly by 0.7 percent last month to 75.3 percent rooms occupied. The data revealed that supply increased 7.4 percent in the month and demand grew by 6.6 percent. Managing director of STR Global said: "Occupancy growth for Dubai remained flat as expected due to supply outpacing demand this month."
