S. Korea's Samsung tops world phone sales in Q3


(MENAFN) Samsung Electronics has become the leading handset seller in the world during the July-September period of this year, gaining the title for the first time in its history, Xinhuanet reported. The company during the period was the first in terms of sales across all six continents and beat Nokia for the first time. The tech giant sold 120.1 million phones worldwide in the quarter, registering a market share of 28.6 percent.
