(MENAFN) In a move that shows Iran's desperate measures to keep oil exports going, industry sources said that Iran is offering to deliver oil to india free of charge, The Peninsula reported.
A source said: "The more you buy, the more incentives you get. If a refiner buys 30 million barrels of Iranian oil in a year then the discount translates to 25 cents per barrel."
Iran has been under sanctions by the US and EU which caused its oil exports to plunge forcing the country to take measures to keep the oil flow on the move.
