SP downgrades France credit rating to 'AA'


(MENAFN- AFP) The Standard and Poor's ratings agency on Friday said it had downgraded France's credit rating by one notch to "AA," with outlook stable.

France's inability to implement further reforms because of high unemployment was given as the reason for the downgrade from France's previous ratings of "AA+".
