Egypt and Greece Enhance Cooperation in Energy Projects

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Egypt and Greece discussed cooperation in energy projects , systems of developing technical and training education, financial services , agricultural and tourism projects in addition to the discussions between businessmen in the two countries . The Egyptian side who participated in the Egyptian-Greek Business Council , organized here recently by the Egyptian Businessmen's Association said in a press statement that the Greek investments in Egypt are estimated at $ 500 million covering 128 projects as well as preparing relevant files These files will be discussed during the first Egyptian-Greek Businessmen meeting due to kick off here on Nov.20 , Egyptian Al-Ahram daily newspaper reported The Egyptian commercial representation office in Athens noted that there is a promotion for many Egyptian products in the Greek markets such as active export-oriented sectors including agricultural crops , especially the potatoes , fertilizers and iron and steel products , copper and food industries, construction materials in addition marble , textiles and garments, home furnishings, chemical products and paper products, wooden furniture and electrical appliances , leather products and sanitary ware.
