Dubai Investments profit hits USD43 m in Q3


(MENAFN) Dubai Investment"s net profit in the July-September period nearly doubled due to higher income from rentals and an improvement in the fair value of its investments, Arabian Business reported. The company announced that its third quarter earnings increased to USD43.9 million, up from USD22.1 million in the corresponding period last year. Rental income for the company increased from USD31. 52 million to USD38.4 million, while its fair valuation of investments hit USD7.1 million versus a loss of USD1.2 million in the prior-year period.
