Grameenphone revenue up 9.4 percent

(MENAFN) Grameenphone (GP), Bangladesh's leading mobile phone operator, announced that its revenue for the July-September period went up 9.4 percent year-on-year to USD316.6 million, Xinhua reported.
Around 2.07 million subscriptions were added by GP in the third quarter bringing the total of subscriptions to more than 46 million.
The company's net profit increased from USD40.5 million in the third quarter of 2012 to USD72.2 in this year's period.
