(MENAFN) Saudi-based Emaar Properties plans to construct its Erbil Downtown development in Arbil, Iraq, at USD3 billion, according to Arab News.
The development is expected to be ready after five years from now or less, depending on market status.
The company's chairman Mohamed Alabbar said: "It will touch around $3 billion."
The development will include residential apartments, hotels and a shopping center, extending along 541.000 square meters.
