(MENAFN) A top government official said that Russia will invest USD63 billion in its Arctic development project by the end of the current decade, according to Iran Daily.
The official said that the first draft of the project is expected to be submitted to the cabinet in November.
Major Russian companies and the federal will support the project's budget by more than 65 percent.
