(MENAFN) The UK is set to enhance economic relations with China following a visit by the British Finance Minister to the country, Times of Oman reported.
Some of the ways to enhance these relations include visa restrictions, improving currency cooperation and Chinese investments in British nuclear plants.
The Finance Minister stated that there is no country more open to investment in China than the UK. "I don't want Britain to resent China's success, I want us to celebrate it. I don't want us to try to resist your economic progress, I want Britain to share in it," he added.
