(MENAFN) Iraq plans to construct a pipeline from Iran to feed power plants in the southern Iraqi province of Basra, according to Iran Daily.
The two countries announced the signing up of an agreement for the construction project on Tuesday.
The constructing process is expected to start by next summer and has been awarded to an Iranian company.
