Exports in Hormuzgan jumped 35 pct in H1


(MENAFN) Foreign exchange in Irans Hormuzgan province has boosted 13 percent, reaching USD4.074 billion during the first six months of the current Iranian year compared to last year, according to Iran Daily. The provinces quantity of exports increased by 35 percent, reaching 17 million tons compared to last year, Abbas Alidadi, the superintendent of Hormuzgan Customs Department stated. He added: "Petrochemicals, iron ore, mineral and agricultural products accounted for a large portion of exports, dispatched to UAE, China, India, Sri Lanka and Taiwan."
