(MENAFN) A top official said that Banader Rotana Hotel is expected to be ready after 17 months from now as the final constructing stage was resumed last month, according to Gulf Daily News.
Abdulla Buhindi, Banader Hotels Company's chairman, said: "The $47.7 million finance that we got from Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain has enabled us to revive the stalled project and we are thankful to them."
The global financial and the crisis lack of funding were major reasons behind the retreat of real estate projects in the region, said Banader Hotels director Mohammed Almoayyed.
