China, Indonesia to strengthen trade ties


(MENAFN) China and Indonesia have announced their plan to strengthen trade ties between them as they will make strong investments, according to Iran Daily. Indonesian Trade Minister Gita Wirjawan expects the trade collaboration between the two countries to be beneficial for them as they both have a significant imprint in the world's economy. Wirjawan said: "The combined economies of the two countries is around $9 trillion and China remains Indonesia"s largest trade partner, which during the last year translated to $52 billion." "Recently the two countries inked $28.2 billion worth of investment deals," he added.
