"KOGS is an ideal platform for an open discussion on the importance of investment, not only in the country's upstream sector, but further downstream in the petrochemicals arena and it is great to see Kuwait hosting a conference of this caliber. "KOGS, organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), will incorporate a three-day international exhibition of oil and gas hardware and services, as well as a technical conference program. Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, the event is set to be the largest gathering of the oil and gas industry in Kuwait.
