(MENAFN) Renaissance Services is planning to construct an accommodation facility at Duqm economic zone, Times of Oman reported.
The facility, expected to cost USD207.1 million, is expected to house around 16,000 workers of contracting firms in the economic zone .
Chief executive of Renaissance Services said: "We have completed the design (of the building) and have published advertisements to elicit expressions of interest."
