QIIB Wins Best Islamic Bank Award

(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) has won the award for Best Islamic Bank in Qatar in 2013. This came in a ceremony held in Doha on Saturday in the presence of a number of key figures of the finance and business society in Qatar and the region, a press release the QIIB issued here today said. The award was conferred on the bank by ArabianBusiness in recognition of its outstanding achievements in the sukuk market and in the Islamic finance industry. International Islamic established as per an Emiri Decree in 1990 and commissioned on Jan.1991, has been rated A3/A- by Moodys and Fitch respectively, both with stable outlook.
