(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified 50-year-old Kuwaiti man who was found drunk on the jogging track in Rumaithiya has been arrested by the Hawalli police, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily added the arrest came when someone complained to the police.
Police records show the man is wanted by law and had been sentenced in absentia for one year imprisonment for committing a crime.
