Boeing launches bigger plane, looks to up production


(MENAFN) US-based Boeing is planning to increase manufacturing output, while the company's bigger 787 Dreamliner is soon to fly, Time of Oman reported. The new aircraft, 787-9, is expected to bring profit to the plane manufacturer as 853 orders are now placed with a total value of USD146.5 billion. The company's CEO said that he plans to up production, but not before ensuring that the company holds a steady pace. "The two words '787' and 'stable' haven't always been used in the same sentence," he said.
