(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Asian expatriate was arrested in possession of 250 grams of heroin, 40 grams of 'Shabu' drug and 250 narcotic pills, reports Al- Seyassah daily. According to security sources, when the Directorate General for Drug Control received information about an Asian expatriate involved in drug trafficking, a team was formed to carry out investigations. After confirming the information, the officers obtained the warrant and raided the suspect's apartment where they confiscated the illicit drugs that were packed in sachets and arrested the suspect. During interrogations, the suspect confessed that he was planning to sell the drugs. He was referred with the drugs to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
