Dell buys Dell's private of USD25 b


(MenaFn) The world's No 3 PC maker, Michael Dell, was granted an approval by its shareholders to buy Dell private with USD25 billion in order to end a conflict with the company's largest investors, according to Gulf Daily News. chief executive Michael Dell said the company plans to expand its distribution network and improve its sales coverage. He added that the computing end users will be a main focus for the company.
