(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A man who fondled and groped a woman while she was swimming at Jumeirah beach, has been referred by the Dubai Public prosecution to the criminal court on the charge of sexual assault.
On interrogation, the life guard at the beach said while I was on duty I saw a man walking along the beach, and suddenly stopped at the sight of a woman who was swimming in the sea. The Asian man, identified as S.G.H, 29, took off his clothes and went into the sea, towards the woman.
The eyewitness, the lifeguard, said he saw the woman pushing him away, avoiding him and shouting at him before she came out from the water. When I asked her, she said the accused had fondled and groped her breast and bottom. The life guard arrested him, and when he asked the accused of what he had done, the latter denied the accusation. The life guard called the police, and handed over the accused.
