(MENAFN) TAV Tepe Akfen Investment and DAMAC signed a contract worth USD272 million for its new project "DAMAC Towers by Paramount" hotels in Dubai, Arab News reported.
The foundation work bas been completed on site and construction work is ready to start. The project is estimated to take 33 months. The project is considered the largest single deal to be awarded by DAMAC Properties.
The project offers a reflection of the Hollywood glamour and California cool lifestyle in Dubai. TAV Construction's "DAMAC Towers by Paramount", will provide enviable views of the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, and also provide the world's largest shopping malls.
