(MENAFN) The central government in China announced that it increased the value-added tax on imports of planes, Xinhua reported.
The tax on imports of planes weighing less than 25 metric tons was adjusted to 5 percent after being at 4 percent.
Planes with a weight between 25 metric tons and 45 metric tons had their import tax increased from 1 percent to 5 percent.
