(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Asian expatriate was arrested in possession of 5.5 kilograms of marijuana, reports.
According to security sources, when the Directorate General for Drug Control received information about the expatriate involved in drug trafficking, a team was formed for investigations. After confirming the information and obtaining a warrant, they arrested him even though he had tried his best to escape.
They checked his room and found 5.5 kilograms of marijuana. He was referred with the marijuana to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
