Aramco signs new power deals


(MENAFN) Saudi Aramco said it inked three new energy conversion agreements (ECA) with JGC Corporation, Marubeni Corporation and Aljomaih Energy and Water Company, Saudi Gazette reported. The ECAs are to construct three cogeneration plants at three oil and gas complexes in the Kingdom. The three plants will generate 900 megawatts of electricity and about 1,500 tons of steam per hour upon completion in 2016.
